Privacy Statement

An appropriate use of your personal data is part of the privacy law, regardless the country you live or work in. ProTurn is fully aware of that and in other to ensure your rights related to the privacy law General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we state by means of this Privacy Statement what happens with your personal data in full accordance with the GDPR.

1. Purpose of data processing
Your personal data will be processed by ProTurn in order to be able to supply our services to you. We use these personal data related to signing and execution of agreements, guiding you in your training and/or coaching, answering your questions and registering complaints (if and when applicable), composing , sending and debiting invoices and for communication purposes in the appropriate language. In order to be able to optimise our services we also use your personal data whilst enabling us to manage and control the relationship with the customer.

2. Saving your personal data
ProTurn will save your personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose you have supplied us with these. After that your data will be deleted permanently after a period of six months, unless you instruct us otherwise in writing.

3. Protecting your data
ProTurn protects all personal data with technical and administrative security measures in order to minimize the risk of loss, abuse, unauthorized access, publication and changes as much as possible. Encryption of your data and physical and administrative access checks and controls, related to data and service are part of our protection procedures.

4. The rights of persons involved
In case you have a relationship with our ProTurn organisation, by means of a request in writing (e-mail to info@proturn.nl), you have the right to have an overview of your personal data. In case this overview would not be accurate, you have the right to either let us change or delete your personal data.
