It is often thought that after training and coaching the participants, they will understand the brief and realize what is expected. In the day-to-day work situation this is often not the case. Trained staff often start enthusiastic, but revert to their old routines easily.
That’s why our dedicated Guidance & Permanent Education after the training and coaching programs is very effective. We guide people to implement their continuous improvement plans and continue to be open for learning through other participants.
Your people will be learned to steer this process, they will be able to visualize their progression and to translate that, into transparent processes and procedures carried out by highly accurate and motivated people. With that the triangle of people, processes and procedures is completed by the participants themselves. This phase is often preceded by the earlier mentioned other ProTurn services: Auditing, Training, Coaching and Implementation.
